At Freet Barefoot, we want you to feel the natural connection to the ground with total confidence. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is protected by an outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
